With less than a week until an all-important Atlanta Falcons draft class the team will likely put a pause on free agency moves.  This draft class looks to be one of the most unpredictable in recent memory. While the draft isn’t top-heavy it does appear to be deep with a number of intriguing prospects on the defensive side of the ball in particular.

Any moves in free agency will have to wait until after the draft. Atlanta’s roster is flexible due to the overall lack of talent, outside of the corner position Atlanta could use a starter or depth at nearly every position.

Atlanta’s first pick is the 8th overall selection a pick that could go in a number of directions. Whether it is a pass rusher, offensive lineman, quarterback, Kyle Hamilton, or a linebacker is anyone’s guess it wouldn’t be surprising to see Atlanta take any position just due to how little is known about who will go ahead of them.

The uncertainty of what positions they will be able to address makes it difficult to predict free agents the Falcons could land. However, there are three veterans that could clearly help Atlanta regardless of how the draft plays out.
