2. Tarik Cohen

The fact there is a former Chicago Bear still sitting in free agency and not on the Atlanta Falcons roster is surprising. Former Bears GM Ryan Pace joined the Atlanta front office this off-season and a myriad of former Bears followed their former GM in free agency. Cohen is one of the few former Bears Atlanta fans should want to land in Atlanta.

He is perfect for Arthur Smith’s offense and would replace the production the Falcons lost from cutting Mike Davis. If he can stay healthy Cohen would be a great impact player who pairs perfectly with Cordarrelle Patterson, he can force a mismatch in the secondary or make a play breaking a run to the outside.

Cohen is the perfect second option in the Atlanta Falcons offense with Patterson locked in as the starting running back.  Cohen has 1,575-receiving yards and 1,101-rushing yards in his four-year career. The numbers demonstrate what a great receiver Cohen can be. It is also worth noting here that Cohen missed the majority of the season playing in only three games last season. An outlier for a player who had never missed a game in the first three years of his career.
