William Moore – SS – 2009 to 2015

Before the Falcons had Keanu Neal, they had William ‘C4′ Moore. If you were not able to watch Willy Mo play then there is one thing you should know, he could knock people out.

William was an underrated player during his time in the NFL. He played for seven seasons, all with the Falcons and he struck fear into opposing offensive players. If you want to see what he could do just go look up the video of him body-slamming Rams’ tight end Mike McNeil.

He was one of the hardest hitters in the league during his time. He also worked next to another pretty good safety named Thomas DeCoud. Both of them made the Pro Bowl during the Falcons’ excellent season in 2012.

In his seven seasons, he started in 72 games and recorded 16 interceptions for 274 yards, 37 passes defended, 11 forced fumbles, and 364 total tackles.

While he will never make it to the Falcons Ring of Honor, he still did do a lot for this team. His contributions should not be overlooked as he was able to scare offensive players who ran through the middle of the field and he could also take the ball away. Willy Mo was a favorite during his time and was an important piece during the Falcons’ run in 2012.
