1. Lamar Jackson

Heated debates as to where Lamar Jackson belongs in quarterback rankings have helped pass two of the last offseasons. Jackson is coming off of his worst season though it is hard to blame Lamar when you consider the level of injuries Baltimore dealt with throughout the season. Lamar is an MVP and a proven regular season performer who went a long way in answering playoff questions two years ago.

Whether or not you can win a Super Bowl with Lamar is still up for debate. What isn’t, however, is the fact that if Lamar hits the market a large portion of the league will be chasing after the dynamic quarterback and the Atlanta Falcons should be at the top of the list. The Ravens letting Jackson hit the market might be far-fetched, however,  players are becoming increasingly mobile following in the footsteps of the NBA.

Jackson is headed into year five and still hasn’t been paid or given a long-term contract. At the very least the Falcons should be keeping a close eye on the situation and hope the former MVP becomes available. What Jackson would cost Atlanta would likely be similar to the deal the Browns made with the Texans for Deshaun Watson a steep price a number of teams will be more than willing to pay if Lamar leaves Baltimore.
