Looking at the most likely Falcons player to win each major NFL award

Next to winning a Super Bowl, the biggest achievement an NFL player can receive is an award during the ‘NFL Honors’ night that takes place right before each Super Bowl, and while the Falcons do not have any clear favorites to win any of the awards this season, that does not mean they do not have a chance.

Who would have ever predicted that prior to the 2016 NFL season that Matt Ryan would end up as both the league MVP and Offensive Player of the Year? Not many, if any at all.

So, while experts are not very high on the Falcons this upcoming season, that does not keep them from possibly having any individual award winners come February.

In fact, one Falcons player has already been predicted to win Comeback Player of the Year recently. If that does end up happening, it would bode well for the future of the team.

This list will not include all the awards like Walter Payton Man of the Year, the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, and other lesser-known awards. Same with Coach of the Year because, well, you can probably see why.
