3. Odell Beckham Jr.
Despite the injury in the Super Bowl, it is shocking that Odell Beckham remains on the market as we close in on the pre-season. The receiver was a huge part of the Rams’ run to the Super Bowl and put together tape proving he is still a high-impact player when given the right opportunity.
Odell is a number one receiver who has just won a ring and could be looking for an opportunity to get the bulk of the targets. Atlanta should offer Beckham a deal with their only advantage being the willingness to build an offense around Odell.
Beckham is box office and would help Atlanta make it through a tough rebuilding season just as he did with New York in his final seasons with the Giants. Odell wanting to sign with the Falcons is a long shot but considering he is still on the market Atlanta should be willing to make an offer to acquire a receiver who still appears to be in his prime.
Odell would accelerate the Atlanta rebuild pushing them to being only a quarterback, guard, and pass rusher away from becoming a team who can compete in what should be a wide-open NFC South next season.
