Third bold prediction: Falcons duo of Kyle Pitts and Drake London combine for 15 TDs while putting up 1,000+ receiving yards individually

The Atlanta Falcons have an already established superstar in Kyle Pitts. He came into the league as the highest drafted tight end in NFL history, and the greatest tight end prospect of all time. He entered the league as a 20-year-old and all he did was have the second-most receiving yards by a rookie tight end in league history.

Now he has another freak receiving threat to help him out in Drake London. All of the early reports out of training camp are that he is as advertised and was worth the eighth overall pick.

The two huge huge bodies will team up and help out Marcus Mariota in 2022 and on.

For Marcus Mariota to put up the numbers that were previously predicted on here, he will need help from the two young players. They certainly should be able to deliver on that.

Kyle Pitts will have his second-straight 1,000-yard season, while Drake London put up his first 1,000-yard season in the NFL.

Even with the Falcons having players like Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley recently, the last time this team had two players break the 1,000-yard mark was back in 2012 with Roddy White (1,351) and Julio Jones (1,198). It is anything but easy for two players to break that mark.

And then in addition to that, they combine for 15 receiving touchdowns. That is also a bold prediction as the two players have a combined one touchdown in the NFL, although that obviously only counts one season between both of them combined, still, this will be a huge jump in production.

It was not too long ago that the Falcons had two players combine for 15 or more touchdowns, it happened in 2020 with Calvin Ridley (9) and Hayden Hurst (6).

However, Hayden Hurst did not come close to hitting 1,000-receiving yards, so when you combine these two, it makes for a difficult achievement.

Drake London and Kyle Pitts can get it done though, they both are huge athletic targets who can go get the ball in the endzone. All Mariota has to do is give them a chance by throwing it high.
