4. Kyle Pitts

On the national stage in Monday night preseason action, Kyle Pitts made the most of his limited snaps making a 52-yard catch on an impressive route. Pitts followed this up later in the game with a nice interview saying all the things Atlanta wants to hear from their young superstar.

It was noted on the broadcast on Monday night that Pitts has a chance not only to be a star at his position but a superstar in this league. He is getting ready to take a huge leap in year two and Monday night gave you a glimpse of that.

While Mariota might not be the quarterback Matt Ryan was he has shown more of a willingness to throw the deep ball and can get out of the pocket. With a bad offensive line in front of him, this is going to keep more plays than Ryan could last season and give Pitts an increased chance at targets.

Kyle Pitts is going to establish himself as one of the best weapons in this league this Sunday and put his name in the best pass catcher conversation. That is how special he is and one of the exciting aspects for the Falcons this season.
