3 Week two games Atlanta Falcons fans should be watching closely
By Nick Halden
1. Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes are two of the ten best quarterbacks in the league promising plenty of points in a great divisional matchup. If you ask the majority of Chiefs fans who scares them most within a division they have dominated it won’t be the Raiders who made the playoffs last year or the Broncos who finally added a franchise quarterback but the young Chargers.
Los Angeles was so close to making the playoffs last year but in the end, the Madden Esque coaching style that put them in a position to make the playoffs in the first place cost the Chargers a chance last season.
While this style cost them last season it is what helps make them so dangerous and a team capable of beating anyone any given week. Justin Herbert has an argument alongside Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen as the most talented quarterback in the league, not the most accomplished or best but the purest talent in the league.
The Chiefs and Chargers are going to be the top contenders for this division and both sitting at 1-0 are playing for an early edge for first place in a race that is going to stretch deep into the season.
