3. Arthur Smith has to coach this game unafraid

When the Saints game started to get tight in week one the Atlanta Falcons coaching staff made poor decisions that helped set up another collapse. The defense and offense started playing as if they had already won the game. Smith coached afraid last Sunday and the team lost because of it. If you are going to upset the Rams in week two Smith has to approach this game completely differently even if his team jumps out to a lead.

The Falcons have to press the pedal to the floor from the start of this game and not let up. Whether it is going for risky fourth downs or pushing the ball down the field Smith needs to consistently make the tough choices to give Atlanta a chance in this game.

Pure talent is on the Los Angeles sideline and gives them the obvious advantage. The Falcons have to be able to win the coaching battle and play this game as if it were their Super Bowl. Going 0-2 is hardly the end of the world with the Seahawks coming up but it does likely end any hopes of contending and would be yet another rough start to an Atlanta Falcons season.
