2. Atlanta blows Seattle out winning 31-17

While 31-17 might not sound like a crazy score prediction let’s remember that Marcus Mariota is Atlanta’s quarterback and the Falcons are allergic to holding onto late leads. Keeping the Seahawks three scores down and winning their first game of the season in this fashion reinforces Arthur Smith’s belief in this team and shows the team is headed in the right direction.

At this point in Atlanta Falcon’s history, any blowout win is a crazy prediction when you consider Atlanta’s continual inability to hold a lead. Week one is simply the latest example when the Falcons were up two touchdowns and two two-point conversions and still lost the game to a Jameis Winston-led offense.

There are so many ways that this team invents to lose or to fumble away a lead it is almost impressive. This trend starts to come to an end in week three as Atlanta puts Seattle away in the second half and locks up their first win of the season.
