Olamide Zaccheaus – WR

Olamide Zaccheaus has managed to hang around the Atlanta Falcons ever since he came out of Virginia as an undrafted free agent in 2019.

He has also made improvements each and every year in the NFL. Now in 2022, he has been the best Falcons receiver not named Drake London and is quite obviously a legit player in this league.

Marcus Mariota has trusted him more than anyone on the team. OZ just simply gets open, catches the ball, and makes plays.

If I knew Terry Fontenot personally, I would be in his ear each and every day begging him to secure Zaccheaus up for the future because he is so important for this Falcons offense. Having that reliable receiver on the inside in Arthur Smith’s offense opens up so many things.

If by some chance, Olamide ends up leaving, it will be an absolute gut-punch to many people, no one more so than Marcus Mariota —  if we assume that he is the starting quarterback a year from now.

I could write it a thousand times! Sign Olamide Zaccheaus to a long-term contract!
