The Atlanta Falcons have a few players who might draw interest prior to the trade deadline

The Atlanta Falcons have been exceeding the expectations of most people as they are right in the race for the NFC South crown.

However, they are also caught in the middle ground of being a team that is still in contention but also a team that is likely a year or two away from truly contending. If this were the MLB, we would get a pretty clear signal as to what the front office views this team as but in the NFL, trades are a lot less uncommon.

The Falcons do have some players who are either not seeing the field as much as they should according to their perceived talent level or players who could just simply give the team some future draft capital.

If Terry Fontenot is going to do anything prior to the trade deadline (which is on November 1st at 4 p.m. ET), expect it to be a move that brings in extra draft picks because he has shown that he would like to get younger and build his own team through the draft and free agency.

So, you may see one of these players on this list who end up packing their bags to continue their journey elsewhere.
