Grady Jarrett – Defensive tackle

Grady Jarrett is someone that is easy to overlook on the Atlanta Falcons because he has been so consistent throughout his career.

No defensive tackle in the league since 2015 has had as little help around him as Grady Jarrett has. He has routinely been the only guy on the defensive line that you can count on. For real, he hasn’t had a reliable player next to him for more than one year — if you even want to count Vic Beasley.

Grady has never once complained about it, it has only motivated him to get even better. He is the captain of the defense and one of the captains of the team. He is playing outstanding this year and deserves a lot more credit around the league. He should have more than one All-Pro and two Pro Bowls on his resume.

We should be more thankful and aware of the type of person and player that the veteran defensive tackle is.
