Three players the Atlanta Falcons should sign following Ta’Quon Graham’s injury

Most of the headlines when it comes to the Atlanta Falcons’ injuries this week have been focused on Kyle Pitts, as they should be, he is an incredible player, but the injury and subsequent placement on injured reserve of Ta’Quon Graham is a huge blow to the defense.

Graham has been the most impactful and consistent defensive lineman not named Grady Jarrett on the team. He made a huge leap in his sophomore year and appears to be a rising star for the Falcons.

We know that the Dirty Birds were already short on defensive linemen, even before the Graham injury, especially on the interior. It was the last position this team could afford to lose a player.

Now the other defensive tackles for Atlanta are Grady Jarrett, Abdullah Anderson, Timmy Horne, Jalen Dalton, and Matt Dickerson. Not great by any stretch of the imagination, of course, besides Grady.

Terry Fontenot could afford to sign a defensive tackle or two. The bad news is that the Eagles claimed the top guys last week in Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh, so there aren’t many great options but here are some guys they should look at.
