Three depth chart changes the Falcons should make following QB switch

We finally got the switch that we all wanted on the depth chart more than anything, the Atlanta Falcons flipping the roles of Desmond Ridder and Marcus Mariota.

However, as we previously mentioned, there is still a ways to go before this team becomes a legit playoff contender, but making that switch at the most important position was a great start. Most changes will come in the offseason but we will look at more immediate things that the team should make.

There are numerous positions that are lacking and don’t have any depth behind them to make any changes. But, at some point, enough should be enough and a risk should be taken with a player that may not be viewed as a starter. You cannot keep sending guys out there that have been holding this team back.

One of these positions has a legit player to promote, while the other two are in that category of being players that should be replaced with anyone. Either they need to bring in a free agent or they just need to play a bottom-of-the-roster player. Here are those three changes that should happen.
