The Atlanta Falcons will face Tom Brady’s Bucs on Sunday in what should be Atlanta’s final divisional matchup against Brady. It will also be Atlanta’s final game of the 2022 season with little meaning aside from the pride with which the Falcons play and where inside the top ten draft picks the Falcons will land.

Atlanta is guaranteed to land inside the top ten draft picks but could vary by three picks based on their result and what happens to the teams around them. Atlanta and Arthur Smith have far too much pride to consider draft positioning, however, and will be playing this game to win.

While the Falcons should clearly be trying to win this game they should approach it with a level of caution. Aside from the pride of finally beating a Tom Brady-led team the result of this game has zero meaning. With this in mind, let’s look at three goals for the Falcons in today’s game and where they should be putting their focus.
