Nate Davis – OG

The Falcons’ head coach, Arthur Smith, came from the Tennessee Titans in 2021 where he was able to help coach Nate Davis, and now Davis will be a free agent.

The former third-round pick would fill a need if he would be willing to flip to the other side of the offensive line. He has spent his whole NFL career as a right guard but he did play four snaps there at Charlotte if that makes any difference. Atlanta already has Chris Lindstrom, the best guard in the league, written in permanent marker as he enters his fifth year.

If Davis can flip sides then he would stop the turnstile that the left guard position has been this season. Fortunately, Arthur Smith should know best whether or not he would be able to make the switch. He would also be able to focus on making the switch since he already knows the foundation of the offense.r
