4 Saints that could follow Ryan Nielsen to the Atlanta Falcons

4. David Onyemata

David Onyemata is perhaps the most likely fit for the Atlanta Falcons and Ryan Nielsen considering the relationship. Atlanta badly needs to add size to the interior of the defensive line and if they cannot sign Daron Payne or draft Jalen Carter, David is the next best option. The contract should be reasonable considering the production over the past two years.

Putting Onyemata with Jarrett would cover a lot of the issues Atlanta has been having over the past three years.  Jarrett is clearly the better player, but it would give him a far better chance to impact the game consistently.

Whether or not it is Onyemata, Gardner-Johnson, or a surprise addition Atlanta fans should ready themselves for the Falcons to bring in former New Orleans Saints that Nielsen will be familiar with.
