These three Falcons need to get back to being the player they can be

2022 brought many surprises for the Atlanta Falcons as guys like Kaleb McGary, Tyler Allgeier, and Ta’Quon Graham (until his season-ending injury) stepped up to help their team win seven games.

Then there were those players that were supposed to be major contributors to the team but ended up failing to live up to what they are capable of. These three players—two of which had their season cut short due to injury—did not produce like we were all hoping they would.

Having the offseason to rehab and improve will be critical for them. If they aren’t able to turn things around in 2023, then the Falcons will go a sixth-straight season not making the postseason.

There is a lot of time for them to get themselves back on track with the next Falcons game being half a year away, as sad as that is.

Another angle to this is that if these three players don’t get back on track next season, it may end up costing coaches their jobs. 2023 will be a defining year for many within the Atlanta Falcons organization.
