3. Brandon Graham

The market for Brandon Graham is going to be interesting considering the veteran’s age compared to the fact he is coming off the best season of his career. Atlanta is desperate for a pass rush and Graham checks that box finishing the season with 11 sacks as part of a terrifying Philly pass rush.

Considering his age vs. production Graham should sign a 2-3 year deal in the $4-7 million range making him a tempting signing for Atlanta.

Before considering signing Graham Atlanta should look back at another recent signing that is very comparable. Dante Fowler Jr. was supposed to be the needed boost for the Atlanta pass rush. Like Graham, Fowler hit free agency after setting a career-high in sacks and cashed in with the Falcons.

While Fowler remained a great rotational edge rusher as the featured pass rusher his success was far less. Like Graham, Fowler was a part of an elite defensive line with rotational pieces that kept all players fresh and able to consistently make life hard on opposing quarterbacks.

With Graham’s age and coming off of a career year the veteran isn’t an answer to the Atlanta pass rush as a player who would be best served to return to Philly and attempt another run with a great defensive core.
