3. What will Atlanta do in the first round?

The Falcons have taken pass catchers in the last two first rounds taking Kyle Pitts and Drake London in consecutive off-seasons. It cannot be ruled out the Falcons make it three years in a row considering the lack of depth at receiver and the team needing to give Desmond Ridder every chance to succeed.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see the team address the offensive line that could have three new starters or add a pass rusher.  Myles Murphy could be an interesting fit if the Clemson pass rusher is still on the board when Atlanta’s number is called.

With this Atlanta front office, it is unlikely we have any idea who the team is targeting until draft night. Atlanta has the ability in free agency to address any position making the team’s draft approach far harder to predict for a team with a myriad of position needs.
