5 Running backs the Atlanta Falcons could pair with Tyler Allgeier

4. Boston Scott
Boston Scott was a limited contributor to a great Philly rushing attack in the 2022 season. Scott was the third or fourth option for an Eagles team that made it to the Super Bowl often leaning on their elite offensive line.
Scott is a great third option and a capable pass catcher out of the backfield for the Falcons. Signing Scott keeps the door open for the Falcons to add to the position in the draft while giving the team three solid options at the position.
Boston has 1,209 career rushing yards averaging 4.3 yards per carry. Scott spent last season behind Miles Sanders and Kenneth Gainwell competing for carries not only with the two backs in front of him but Jalen Hurts who was a huge part of the Eagles rushing attack. Atlanta having a backfield of Allgeier, Patterson, Scott, and Williams and perhaps at some point Caleb Huntley is enough depth to feel great about the Atlanta rushing attack moving into the 2023 season.
