1. Baltimore Ravens

Tyler Huntley is a free agent and if the Ravens bring back Lamar Jackson as expected the team is going to need a new option behind him. Signing Mariota is a fit for the Ravens in that it allows the team to run basically the same offense as they have installed for Jackson. Mariota isn’t close to the passer or scrambler that Jackson is, however, he is capable of running this offense and keeping the team in games if forced into action.

Marcus needs the right fit and if it is one thing this team has proven is an ability to compete with anyone in the lineup. Injuries have derailed the Ravens for two years and still, the team finds ways to compete. They were a botched play away from knocking the Bengals out of the playoffs with Huntley at quarterback.

Signing Mariota to a cheap veteran deal makes sense for a team that needs a plan in place considering Lamar’s recent struggles with injuries. Landing with Baltimore is one of the few spots that makes sense for a player who could have a hard time finding work this off-season.
