Despite missing time with an injury the Indy quarterback still finds his way to the top of this list. Should the Colts seriously consider making a change at the position? As laughable as it was going into the season this is a better team with Joe Flacco under center. Coming off an impressive win and keeping their season very much alive it is a debate to watch.

Richardson can make plays no one else in the league can and yet on the very next snap will toss a mind-numbing interception. A situation to watch moving forward.

6. Geno Smith- 6 interceptions

The Seattle quarterback is coming off his worst game of the season thanks to the 49ers. Another good quarterback who simply isn't taking care of the football early. A piece of this was attempting to force the issue against the 49ers and keep his team alive.

Still, Geno cannot continue to make mistakes at this rate, or the team may begin to question his future. Smith has played extremely well early and done a lot of great things. His worst moments of the season couldn't have been timed worse for Seattle.
