1. Baker Mayfield
Baker Mayfield had a great game against New York and has Tampa now putting the pressure on Atlanta's division lead. Baker now has back Mike Evans and given the Bucs reason they have found their quarterback of the future. What makes Mayfield's performance so impressive is the quarterback's ability to find open space and keep his eyes down the field.
It is similar to Patrick Mahomes who isn't a runner but finds a way to use his legs to create big moments. If there was one concern for Mayfield it is the quarterback's attitude. Whether it was stealing a celebration from the Giants quarterback in his celebration or his trash-talking style it is safe to say humble Baker is gone.
Often what follows when this happens is interceptions and mistakes in big spots. This is not to take anything away from Baker, rather pointing out there are reasons for concern even after the quarterback's great game against New York.
