The 2023 NFL Draft is a few weeks away, and there are very few talented quarterbacks in the draft. This is one of the weakest quarterback drafts in years, and there are very few guys that would move the needle to be better than Desmond Ridder, who was announced as the starter for Atlanta on March 28th. The Falcons also have a competent backup in Taylor Heinicke.

The Atlanta Falcons don't necessarily need a quarterback, but the rankings series always leads off with them, so this is where they begin. Atlanta should be able to get competition for at least Heinicke if they decide to get a quarterback in the draft. At this point, though, the values don't look like they'll line up with the pick.
