4. Justin Fields

It could be argued that Justin Fields is one of the top three most exciting quarterbacks in the NFL. He has a strong arm, is extremely fast, and has a tendency for picking up big plays. If he’s able to develop into a more accurate passer and cut down on his interceptions, Fields will officially make the leap into one of the best starters in the league. Until that time though, he falls short of a top-three spot.

3. Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins seems to teeter the line between underrated and overrated on a game-by-game basis somehow. He’ll throw three boneheaded interceptions in a huge loss only to follow it up with four touchdowns and an upset win over a great team the next week. He tends to play fairly consistently outside of primetime games though, so the Falcons could be in for a tough matchup when they face Minnesota.
