Joplu Bartu started 9 games in 2014 and competed with Prince Shembo every step of the way, and while Shembo was the better player for the most of the season, that doesn’t mean Bartu did terrible.

“Bartu is a useful tool, but not a starter in Dan Quinn’s system,” TheFalcoholic.com

As an undrafted rookie in 2013, Bartu defintely has showed that he deserves to be in the NFL. Maybe not a starter just yet, but he will see plenty of the field in the upcoming season. Bartu is an explosive player and gives 110% whenever he’s on the field, just put on the Baltimore tape.

Let’s hope that he can be a “useful tool” in Quinn’s system.
