1) Julio Jones

Julio Jones aka “Juliooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo” sits atop the best players of 2014 for the Atlanta Falcons for his record-breaking season. Jones finished third in the league in receiving yard with 1,593 on just 104 receptions. The two players ahead of Jones required 111 receptions and 129 receptions to beat out Jones by just over 100 yards total. If you put that into perspective, Jones would have led the NFL in receiving yards if he had of had the same amount of receptions.

Jones’ 1,593 yards also eclipsed Roddy Whites 1,389 yards set back in 2010 for the most in Atlanta Falcons history for a single-season. Jones is also the only player in Falcons history to average more than 100 yards per game in an NFL season.

Jones’ best game came in week 15 on the road against the Green Bay Packers where he broke the Lambeau field record with 259 yards receiving on 11 receptions.

Lastly, Jones came in at number 13 on the top 100 players of 2015. That speaks for itself.

We can go on and on about how great Jones is and his 2014 season was one for the ages in Falcons history.
