Paul Soliai is exactly what you want at the nose tackle position. He will be heading into his second year with the Falcons and will play the same role he did a season ago. His main objective is to clog the hole and to take on the center and guard position.

Soliai had a quite 2014 season, but should be more involved with the improved talent around him enabling him to create one-on-one pass-rush situations for his teammates.
