This offensive line features just one new face while the other four have all seen snaps for the Atlanta Falcons. Matthews will play on Ryan’s blind side while Ryan Schraeder will start on his right side. Joe Hawley has been a very solid player for the Falcons after replacing long time center Todd McClure but is recovering from a season-ending knee injury he suffered against the Minnesota Vikings in 2014.
This line should be a much better unit than in recent past and will hopefully create a lot of running lanes and keep Ryan upright more times than not. The offensive line is still a work in progress, but the Falcons have made strides to improve this unit and have done a nice job of doing so for 2015 and beyond.
