Four days of Atlanta Falcons Training camp have come and gone a blink of an eye and some players are doing better than others. The Falcons were in pads for the second day in a row and will have their first off day tomorrow before practice resumes on Wednesday. Linebacker Brooks Reed missed most of practice today with an injury to his groin. A day of rest on Tuesday will go a long way in helping to heal his strain as training camp presses on.

With pads come hard hits. The two top hits of the day belonged to running back Terron Ward and O’brien Schofield. Schofield got the hit parade started by leveling Devonta Freeman in run coverage. Ward on the other hand had the top hit of the day, and he isn’t even a defensive player. Ward was pass blocking and cremated Vic Beasley who tried to get through him for a possible sack. Beasley when down like a ton of bricks and missed several plays after. Beasley was checked out by the medical staff and was back in their to finish practice.

On hand to view today’s action was the legendary Freddie Roach, trainer of boxer Manny Pacquiao. I myself tried to snag an autograph but failed miserably. Oh well. Some players stood out over the rest on day four and had a fantastic practice. Let’s take a look at who those men were.
