The Falcons’ safeties in 2015 will be a very interesting group. William Moore is the obvious starting strong safety while Ricardo Allen will most likely start at free safety. Allen has never played free safety which will bring along some growing pains, but has played very well at training camp.
Kemal Ishmael had a great 2014 season after Moore went down with injury and will back up Moore and may see some time at free safety as well. Sean Baker is currently second on the depth chart at free safety and should secure a roster spot with a decent showing in the preseason.
