Fullback: Collin Mooney

When it was announced that the Falcons would be bringing in Collin Mooney at fullback, everyone knew it was a good shot that Patrick DiMarco’s days with the Falcons would be numbered. We will soon find out if that is the case once the preseason gets underway, but at the moment I would give the edge to Mooney.

DiMarco has done a decent job while with the Falcons, but the fullback position was underutilized. In 2015, this position will be used a lot more and will need solid play out of it. Mooney is a freak of nature when it comes to sure size and should give the Falcons a great leading blocker for the Falcons’ cast of running backs.
