Lavonte David is the second best linebacker in the NFC and the second best defensive player on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. David is entering into his fourth year in the league and already has numerous awards. David has had at least 139 tackles in all three of his seasons and had 10 sacks, six forced fumbles and six interceptions in that time span as well.

David is a major ball hawk and is in on nearly every tackle that takes place on defense. Not only can he cover extremely well, but his ability to run down ball-handlers makes him stand out over the rest. Oh and don’t try to run the ball on him because he will bring you down. David is one of the best pure tacklers in the NFL and has a long and bring future ahead of him.
