Chris Chester has been a bright spot on the Falcons’ offensive line thus far. Originally brought in to be a backup, Chester leaped 2014 starter Jon Asamoah and has now secured the spot after Asamoah hit IR for the entire season. Chester ha a ton of experience at guard and should provide the Falcons with solid play out of the right guard position.

Chester is a much better pass blocker than he is at run-blocking. This is nothing new to the Falcons’ offensive line who seem to have someone excel in one thing and struggle in the other. Chester will hopefully anchor the right side of the Falcons’ line and keep a clean pocket for Matt Ryan.

Run-blocking – 6/10

Pass-blocking – 8/10

Overall – 7/10
