How many times have we been able to refer to Kroy Biermann as one of the players of the game for the Atlanta Falcons? Not often, but on this Sunday, Biermann was the Falcons’ player of the game without a shadow of a doubt.

Biermann made two absolutely huge plays in the game for the Falcons. Down 10 with the Giants deep in Falcons’ territory, Biermann sacked Eli Manning and stripped him in the process which would lead in a Falcons touchdown on the teams’ following drive. The play resulted in a 14-point swing in the matter of minutes.

Biermann wasn’t finished, however.  After a very unfortunate play in which Vic Beasley stripped Manning that resulted in first down for the Gaints, Biermann blew up the Giants’ backfield on third down to force a Giants’ punt that would lead to the Falcons’ game winning touchdown.

Biermann finished with just four tackles, but made the most important tackles of the game for the Falcons. Have yourself a day Biermann. You deserve it!
