Terron Ward is the Atlanta Falcons’ third string running back, but has taken over second string duties each of the past two weeks. In this time, Ward has rushed for 72 yards on 19 carries and has scored one touchdown. While Ward has had a few good rushes, it’s his pass blocking that has forced his bad grade.

Ward really struggled to get blocks out of the backfield that led to Matt Ryan getting sacked against the Houston Texans. Ward isn’t a great scheme fit in Kyle Shanahan’s offense, but he won’t be going anywhere. Ward has played okay thus far, but nothing has jumped out.
