Grady Jarrett just may have been the best defensive player drafted in rounds 5-7 in the 2015 NFL draft. Most players drafted this late likely don’t play right away, but don’t tell that to Jarrett.

While his snaps have been minimal, Jarrett has made the most of his playing time. Jarrett is an undersized defensive tackle, but he makes up for it with his blazing fast first step. Jarrett’s snap count is increasing with every passing game and will likely be around for a long time for the Falcons.

It’s safe to say that the Falcons hit a home run when they drafted Jarrett in the fifth round. If you haven’t watched him play then you need to start!
