After having their worst tackling performance of the season against the Minnesota Vikings last week, the Falcons followed that up with their second worst tackling performance of the season against Tampa Bay. Doug Martin broke tackle after tackle but none worse than what Jameis Winston did to the Falcons on third-and-18 late in the fourth quarter.

Winston dropped back to pass on third-and-18 and 60 seconds later was popping up after pulling off one of the craziest scramble’s you will ever see by a quarterback. After what appeared to be a 10-yard gain, Winston bounced off the Falcons’ defenders en route to another eight yards which resulted in a first down. The Buccaneers scored the game-winning touchdown later on the drive.

If the Falcons secure the tackle of Winston, Tampa Bay likely kicks a game-tying field goal which would have left ample time on the clock for the Falcons to drive down into field goal range with a chance to win the game.
