Fantasy Football Week 15: Start Em’ Sit Em’ for Falcons-Jaguars
The Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars collide in Week 15. Which players can help you in your fantasy playoffs?
If you have made it this far in fantasy football, congratulations. But this is the time you have been building for all season long. This is your shot to play for a fantasy championship next week. There are a number of players you should keep tabs on in the Week 15 contest between the Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars.
But who should you start with confidence, and who should you bench? Let’s break down the matchup.
Start with confidence
If you’re brave enough to bench Jones, then be my guest. But you could, and probably will, live to regret that decision. This is a good matchup for Jones, and he can be locked in as a WR1 this week, despite the offensive struggles in Atlanta.
Freeman continues to get touches, and this game shouldn’t be a blowout like the Panthers game was, so he should be in the game for a while. Against the Jaguars defense, Freeman has the potential to have a big game. He’s a RB1.
Bortles has been a fantasy star this year, despite his turnovers. He should keep rolling in this one against a struggling Falcons defense. There’s nothing to fear there, start him with confidence.
Robinson should be locked into your lineup throughout the fantasy playoffs. He’s been a star in fantasy this year and keeps on producing.

See above. Hurns has eight touchdowns on the year and is a dangerous weapon for the Jaguars. Robinson could spend time up against Desmond Trufant, and this would play into the hands of Hurns owners.
Be cautious
Thomas has been up-and-down in fantasy this season, and there should be better streaming options. The tight end position is thin, so start him if you’re in need of one. Thomas put up 11.40 fantasy points last week.
Both kickers
It could be a high scoring game, which would be a good thing. But there should be better streaming options available. Still, neither Shayne Graham or Jason Myers should be a bad play.

Ryan has lost all fantasy relevance. He’s really struggling to produce. Even in what is a favorable matchup, can you trust him in your playoff matchup?
Like Ryan, White has been an awful contributor on fantasy. He shouldn’t even be on your roster, let alone anywhere near your starting lineup.
Tamme could have a solid game, but consistency is the issue. He’s a boom-or-bust play each week and is not worth the risk at such a critical point in the fantasy season.
Both D/ST
Despite both offenses turning the ball over often, this one could end up being a high scoring game. There should be better streaming options for you. The Chiefs play the Ravens and the Jets play the Cowboys. If either is available, add them. Keep an eye on Andrew Luck‘s status this week. If he’s out, the Texans D/ST would be worth an add.
