If the Atlanta Falcons had a hole in their secondary in 2015 it would be their lack of talent from the two safety positions. Starting strong safety William Moore missed most of the season with an injury and “rookie” Ricardo Allen missed quite a bit of time as well.

It will be interesting to see what the team elects to do at the two safety positions in the next few weeks. Many believe that the Falcons will cut long time Falcon Moore and if that is the case, Atlanta will be in the market for a new starting strong safety.

The Falcons could also go after a free safety in the draft that has a better upside than Allen, but it’s too early to tell exactly what they plan on doing.

It all depends on whether or not the team keeps Moore or cuts him in the coming weeks.
