Carl Nassib has a rather incredible, unheard of past and that’s what makes him someone who you definitely want to keep an eye on during the Senior Bowl.

Nassib never started a high school game and never started in most of his college career at Penn State. Nassib walked on at PSU and has put on 60 pounds since joining the team.

If the phrase, “Hard work pays off” applied to anyone, it would be Nassib.

Nassib finished the year with 15.5 sacks and had at least one sack in every game he played in this season. He also forced six fumbles on the year which was good enough for second best in the nation. His 15.5 sacks led the nation, respectively.

It’s unsure as to what round Nassib will be drafted in, but if he’s there in the second or third round, I’d be surprised if the Falcons weren’t considering taking him. This kid is an extremely hard worker and would give the Falcons a boost in the pass rush.
