With Quinn’s history of facing the Rams regularly, he will most likely take a long look at these players, especially the two on defense. Long and Laurinaitis are two viable options that could give a much-needed boost to Atlanta’s defense, and should be realistic targets money wise. Cook however, needs to be passed on. The Falcons can and need to do better to give Ryan additional targets.

The Falcons have an average defense at the moment, and could benefit from two veterans that have had success on the field and have the ability to lead an entire defense that is struggling to find a true leader.
