2) Courtney Upshaw will get looks at LEO

As I already had assumed the other day, Courtney Upshaw will get looks at defensive end this summer. Atlanta’s LEO spot is up for grabs now that Vic Beasley has made his transition to linebacker, so expect Upshaw to be in the running.

Upshaw’s natural position is strong side linebacker, the same position that Beasley is switching too. So to think that Atlanta would sign Upshaw to possibly be the third stringer behind Beasley and Brooks Reed just doesn’t make sense. That’s where his possible move to LEO comes into play.

We will see how this plays out over the course of the next 2-3 months.
