6. Greg Olsen

Much like Trufant, Greg Olsen is not only the best at his position in the NFC South but one of the best in all of the NFL. Olsen is a fun player to watch and one who would be talked about a bit more if not for the monster season his quarterback was having.

Olsen caught 77 passes for 1,104 yards and seven touchdown grabs in 2015. When the game was on the line he was the guy who Cam Newton looked to (if he didn’t run it himself). Olsen is not only a solid receiving tight end but a good blocker as well. He helped lead the top team in the NFC all the way to the Super Bowl.

Week after week, Olsen continued to find ways to get open despite teams knowing he was the biggest passing weapon that the Panthers had. He has put together back-to-back seasons of over 1,000 yards and if he can remain healthy should make it three in a row. The Panthers offense looks to get even better with the return of Kelvin Benjamin.
