Here is the official injury report for the Atlanta Falcons.

The Falcons travel to the black hole to take on the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. After losing the opener, and with a very difficult schedule on tap, this seems like a must win.

Here is the injury report ahead of the pivotal week 2 match-up, for both the Atlanta Falcons and the Oakland Raiders.

Key: DNP = Did Not Practice, LP = Limited Practice, FP = Full Practice

Atlanta Falcons:

De’Vondre Campbell (Ankle) – Thursday: LP, Friday: DNP – Out

Devonta Freeman (Quad) – Wednesday: LP, Thursday: FP, Friday: FP

Julio Jones (Ankle) – Wednesday: LP, Thursday: LP, Friday: FP

Keanu Neal (Knee) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: DNP, Friday: DNP – Out

Brooks Reed (Shoulder) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: DNP, Friday: LP – Questionable

Mohamed Sanu (Ankle) – Wednesday: LP, Thursday: LP, Friday: FP

Dwight Freeney (Non-Injury) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: FP, Friday: FP

The obvious surprise here is not only De’Vondre Campbell’s appearance on the injury list, but the fact that he’s already been ruled out for the game on Sunday. This is the result of an ankle injury he sustained in practice over the course of the week, not from a knock during the week 1 match. Sean Weatherspoon will fill in as the starter.

Keanu Neal was jogging this week and participated in some walk-through practices, but he’s still not ready for live game action. The hope is that he’ll be able to suit up next week against the Saints.

Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu, meanwhile, both picked up knee injuries in Sunday’s loss, but both are ready to go. Brook Reed, however, seems less than 50-50 on whether or not he will suit up.

Oakland Raiders:

Austin Howard (Ankle) – Wednesday: FP, Thursday: FP, Friday: FP

Rodney Hudson (Knee) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: LP, Friday: FP – Questionable

Gabe Jackson (Knee) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: LP, Friday: FP – Questionable

Taiwan Jones (Concussion) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: LP, Friday: FP – Questionable

Matt McCants (Knee) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: DNP, Friday: DNP – Doubtful

Menelik Watson (Groin) – Wednesday: DNP, Thursday: DNP, Friday: DNP – Doubtful

McCants and Watson are the only players on the Raiders’ injury report who look like they don’t have much of a chance at suiting up this weekend – neither practiced at all over the course of the week.

Gabe Jackson, Taiwan Jones, and Rodney Hudson are all questionable, but all three progressed through the phases DNP, LP, and FP from Wednesday through Friday. The full practice on Friday gives all of them a good chance of playing.
