1. Matt Ryan

This man is on a mission.

Matty Ice turned into Matty Bonfire on Sunday afternoon. Completing passes to 9 (!) different receivers on the way to the franchise-record 503 passing yards and 4 touchdowns. He and Julio Jones dismantled the Panthers defense. The Boston College alum is now leading the NFL in passing yards and passer rating.

After having what might have been his worst season a year ago, it is clear that Ryan has turned the page. He is on pace for an absurd 5,892 yards and 44 touchdown passes. If the veteran gun-slinger can keep up his stellar play, he will be in the MVP conversation. The Falcons just might be in playoff contention as well.
