After building strongly through the draft since Dan Quinn took reign in 2015, the Falcons front office, led by general manager Thomas Dimitroff, helped fill the roster with bright, young talent that has been apart of bringing the franchise to higher accomplishments in a short period of time. Players like Deion Jones, Keanu Neal, and Vic Beasley have helped change the identity of the defense at each level while others like Tevin Coleman and Austin Hooper have helped give the offense multiple dimensions with versatility.

Not to mention that mention that Atlanta’s pro personal department has done well acquiring valuable veterans and misused players from free agency and placing them in role to succeed.
